Most of our recipes existed long before Hislerim did. We didn’t write them to sound impressive, we sourced them from people who had already been using them for years, and kept them exactly as they were.
Every batch comes with a card showing which recipe it follows, which farmer supplied each ingredient, and who made it. If you want proof this is the real thing, it’s right there, not just a claim on a label.
